  Here is a scenario Jehovah's Witness will confront to test their courage as for told in last days of '' the Great Tribulation '' :

  

  Seriously Watchtower Society? On what grounds will a policeman arrest a Jehovah' s Witness preaching? This photo depicts a Catholic woman calling the police to complain about what matter? That someone knocked on her door? She didn't like the subject matter? She had her own religion? Jehovah's Witnesses visit too often/ are a nuisance?

  10. Once you have established the three basic truths regarding God, the Bible, and God’s people, you need to be able to use the Scriptures to prove these truths to others. Why? Because as Christians, we have a responsibility to teach the truths that we learn to those who will listen to us. * (1 Tim. 4:16) And as we try to convince others about Bible truths, we strengthen our own conviction about those truths.

  Three basic truths:

  1. Jehovah is God

  2. The Bible is God's word

  3. Jehovah's Witnesses are the only true worshippers ( good luck with this one...The Watchtower Society are the world's best in semantics)

  6. The first-century disciples built their faith on their knowledge of the Scriptures and the teachings of Jesus Christ, that is, “the truth of the good news.” (Gal. 2:5) This truth consists of the whole body of Christian teachings, including the facts about Jesus’ ransom sacrifice and his resurrection. The apostle Paul was convinced that these teachings were true. Why? Because he used the Scriptures to prove “by references that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead.” (Acts 17:2, 3) The first-century disciples accepted those teachings and relied on the holy spirit to help them understand God’s Word. They proved to themselves that these teachings were based on the Scriptures. (Acts 17:11, 12; Heb. 5:14) They did not build their faith on feelings and emotions alone, and they did not serve Jehovah simply because they felt good when they associated with fellow believers. Instead, their faith was built on “the accurate knowledge of God.”​—Col. 1:9, 10.

  FIRST CENTURY CHRISTIANS NEEDED THREE BASIC TRUTHS:
  1. KNOWLEDGE OF THE SCRIPTURES

  2. BELIEVE IN JESUS' RANSOM SACRIFICE AND HIS RESUREECTION

  3. HOLY SPIRIT TO HELP UNDERSTAND GOD'S WORD

  9. To start with, you need to prove to yourself at least three basic truths. First, you need to be convinced that Jehovah God is the Creator of all things. (Ex. 3:14, 15; Heb. 3:4; Rev. 4:11) Second, you must prove to yourself that the Bible is God’s inspired message to mankind. (2 Tim. 3:16, 17) And third, you need to confirm that Jehovah has an organized group of people who are worshipping him under Christ’s headship and that Jehovah’s Witnesses are that group. (Isa. 43:10-12; John 14:6; Acts 15:14) Proving to yourself those basic truths does not require that you become a walking encyclopedia of Bible knowledge. Your goal should be to use your “power of reason” to strengthen your conviction that you have the truth.​—Rom. 12:1.

  december 11, 2020: news about the lawsuit in quebec(canada) against the watchtower for child sexual abuse coverup: the plaintiffs have won, watchtower lost its appeal.

  the 3 judges took the side of the victims.

  so the lawsuit can continue.

  Dumb Elders

  i knew a few pretty intelligent elders .

  sometimes i would wonder why they remained as elders or even witnesses because they were successful men who made a good living and were highly respected because of their qualities.. that is a rather small group.

  most elders that i know of aren’t the brightest bulbs in the sky.

  You can be very smart in one way and lack common sense in another.

  Here is a prime example: Mitt Romney, a Mormon... who are wackier than Jehovah's Witnesses. How can Mr. Romney, a person that makes an insane amount of money, really believe in this made-up religion that a person with half a brain would never join?

  Watching this video really struck a nerve! Levi decides he no longer wants to be a Jehovah's Witness. He writes a disassociation letter. The congregation announces that Levi is ''no longer a Jehovah's Witness.'' Levi moves out of his parents home. One day, Levi texts his mom. Mom decides not to answer his text. The father tells his wife that Levi needs discipline and that they need to remain loyal to Jehovah. They refuse to take his messages. Five years later, they still refuse to talk or associate with their son, Levi! The moral of the story is REMAIN LOYAL TO JEHOVAH REMAIN LOYAL TO THE WATCHTOWER SOCIETY

  This video is the main reason I quit attending all meetings about 8 years ago. The way they treated my cousin after he was disfellowshipped was beyond cruel and unusual treatment. Here are four threads I started about the treatment of my cousin:

  Horrible conduct by congregation Elders at my cousin's funeral.............

  i predict that in a year kingdumb halls will be replaced by zoom.

  they will still have assembly halls but will charge a heavy entry fee.

  baptisms will continue to be so low that would not be worth counting.
